Associate
Hyun is an Associate at Terpkosh Valuations, where he prepares business valuations for litigation and non-litigation purposes. His work includes matters involving matrimonial disputes, shareholder disputes, expropriations and wills variation claims, as well as corporate reorganizations and estate planning initiatives.
Biography
He brings a background in investment management and investment banking, with experience in financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment research across public and private markets.
Prior to joining Terpkosh Valuations, Hyun worked at Allianz Global Investors in London, UK, where he oversaw liquidity management across institutional separately managed accounts and retail investment funds, while supporting portfolio management activities across equity, fixed income and multi-asset strategies. Before that, Hyun worked in investment banking, where he led the origination, structuring and execution of private equity and mezzanine capital transactions.
Outside of work, Hyun enjoys playing golf and basketball.
He is currently pursuing the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.
