Biography
Brian’s expertise spans business valuations, litigation support, and financial advisory services. He has led engagements involving shareholder disputes, matrimonial matters, tax planning, succession planning and corporate transactions, combining rigorous analysis with a strong understanding of real-world business dynamics. Known for his ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible way, Brian helps clients navigate matters with clarity and confidence.
Before joining Terpkosh Valuations, Brian held senior leadership roles within a national accounting firm’s valuations and litigation support practice, ultimately serving as a Director. Over the course of his career, he has built deep experience in valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and industry research.
Brian is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Saint Mary’s University.
